Elk Meat

We own Rocky Mountain Elk Ranch and we have quality elk for sale. We will deliver it to the butcher for you. $550 (plus tax) for a whole elk. Hanging weight on the meat will average between 220-270 lbs. The butcher charges $.83/lb hanging weight and you'll get back between 65% -70% meat all cut and wrapped after they debone it. For example an elk weighing in at 250 lbs hanging weight, will yeild about 170lbs of butchered meat with a basic cut and wrap bill at $207.50. Sausage and Jerky is usually extra.
